I like their merchandise, but unfortunately I will not buy from them anymore because shipping has been VERY unreliable and everything arrives very late, after rescheduling multiple times. I tried to complain, maybe get a different shipping option, but the supervisor at costumer service really didn't care about my order, my problem. Bye KJordan
Please dont order anything from this store i return an item because the item did not fit and the want me to pay them 36.00 dollar for returning the item i should have kept the item and sold it i have ordered from the store Vensus and returned items that did not fit and they did not charge me a fee for returning items this is a rip off 36.00 is a high amount for a return fee reps should tell u this at the time of purchase dont want this to happen to anyone else i have contacted the better business bureau
Received a catalog from k. Jordan and was looking forward to ordering. However after reading all the negative reviews, no way will I waste my time and especially my money on them!
I am always happy with my purchase and satisfied with the quality, the only complaint I have, is the shipping charges are way too high, other that that, I have no complaints. Customer service is also satisfactory
The shabby establishment shipped an itme to me and Fedex returned the item stating they had the wrong address, the address was entered by the merchant which is K jordan. Fedex returned the item to the shipper and K Jordan refused to refund my shipping cost (37.99) even though I never received the item and neither was I the one that returned the item. This was my first order with them and the last.
I have had my Original Account for at least a year. I received 2 different statements, both had 2 different balances. Anytime I charge something, I use the Account Number that was assigned to me. So how did they open a new account for me when I charged something? And they explained that, unfortunately it happens. Why did they do this without my knowledge? That has never happened, and I am not ok with it. Why should I be responsible for their mistake? And got 2 of the rudest Customer Service Reps. I loved this Company, but after this incident, I will close my account.
I love kjordan, everything is great, customer service is great, the merchandise is beautiful and true to size. I have never had a complaint about them. By the way, wonderful sales and on the season. Not like winter items in the summer. Im kjordas biggest fan.
Ordered 2 sweaters back in November as Christmas gifts. The order came in and was the wrong size and color and one was missing. Called the company. They told me to return the one I received and that they would send me the correct sizes and colors. The customer service was terrible and very rude. Got my replacement order and that was also wrong. Had to call again and got another rude employee. Finally got the two sweaters that I ordered. They was $35 a piece and now I have been calling customer service because they are trying to charge me almost $100 for 2 sweaters. Will NEVER order through them again. Customer service has been rude every time I have called. Sat on the phone for 2 hours just to be told the department I need is closed for the day and I would have to call back AGAIN! So this will be the 6th total phone calls made to K Jordan just to get one order fixed.

K. Jordan like most creditors that offer closed loop lines of credit will offer credit lines that are rather low to start with upon pre-approval.
Pay it down within or above the agreed terms, and they usually jump the credit lines up significantly.
If you have a thin or no credit history, they probably offer $100.00 min.
It's not unusual if approved for a major closed looped creditor to offer $250.00 for a popular brand such as Comenity for Victoria's Secret, or Synchrony for Belk/JC Penny, etc.
However after making a few purchases, paying the balance off reasonably, and using the credit lines sensibly they will extend further credit lines.
Sometimes you can call in and ask for a larger credit line, and many times they will boost it higher, although that is determined by your credit history.
Remember it's not the amount of credit that matters, but how much you can use by need, not wants.
Some creditors I have found are far too generous in their credit line offering, like really how much does a person really need such as $25k in a single major credit card line? Considering in modern days a person that has such credit lines, have plenty of earnings, thus disposable income, which equates to them have a healthy bank account, in which all now come with a debit card with a major VISA/Mastercard logo.
I think all credit should be modest amounts not to exceed $2,500.00.
I don't believe anyone needs or really uses amounts above that threshold, over a yearly period.

I agree. Many people disgruntled are so because they have buyers remorse simply because they have no self control.
